HELP!!! (Cutting hair soon)?

I have wavy brown hair and I want to get side swept bangs and layers.. other than that it's up to the dresser on what she thinks will looks good. I kinda like Nicole Richie's long hair with side swept bangs.. I dunno... what do you think will look good... oh and my hair is kinda thick I wanna thin it out some more. Can you please help me find GOOD sites for looking at hairstyles I can't seem to find good sites.
