Seemingly hard hairstyles that you do well?

Another question got me wondering...what seemingly difficult hairstyle do you happen to do really well and really quickly? I can give a personal example. I do an incredibly flawless French twist within seconds. I first discovered it by accident, when playing around with my newly long hair that I'd waited months to grow out after years of a short bob, so I had no experience. Well, I thought it looked really good and didn't realize it was considered a complicated style, so I started doing it quite a bit. It wasn't long before I was deflecting frequent questions of "how did you get your hair that way" and I looked into French Twist techniques and realized that it's considered a huge choir, and that for whatever reason I had a natural knack for it. I still love doing that quick twist to this day! On another note, I cannot do a French Braid on my own no matter how hard I try.

Do you suprise people with "difficult" hairstyles that seem to come easy just to you?

I can go a "hump" style in my sleep. I first time I tryed it I was on my way out to a party, everyone was dressed but me,...so of course the losers rushed me. I didnt know what to do with my hair. I had seen a Fergie music video were she had the hump... so I said what the hell. I tryed it and it came out hot... now everyone goes to me for their humps.

I just got this haircut recently and I love styling it. Its very versatile, but it also looks great when left alone to dry naturally.

Other hairstyles include french braids worn as a bun and variations of the chignon.

well there are no "styles" that I can do really well, but I can get my hair done in no time. I once timed myself, because my roommate was always telling me that she hated me for it. I can have dripping wet hair and blow dry it in 5 minutes and then flat iron it in another 5. I just blow dry it freely with no brush. I guess its good that I don't have curly hair because my roommate says that her hair would turn into a puff ball if she did it like i do. But I don't really iron it stick straight anymore, so I spend the other 5 minutes teasing my hair to get some volume and then i blow dry a little more and tame it with the iron (usually just the bang which I have to iron to make it go to the side) and then making it a little wavy . Everyone gives me lots of compliments on my hair and I am so happy that I can do it in literally 10 minutes from the moment get out of the shower. My little avatar thing is a pretty accurate representation of my hairstyle.
