ok, i have kinda thick medium long hair that flips out at the ends

your hair is straight, its just the ends, and it seems to be because his hair is a bit longer and has more layers. take the pic to a hair salon when your hair is longer and ask for the cut. but id recomend using a shampoo/conditioner to sleek and shiny hair such as garnier fructise for now. %26amp; since the other guys picture looks like a model pic, his hair is probably done, as in they put some product in it and styled it.

blow dry your hair then find something like a hair serum that is for making your hair straight /shiny, and put that in your hair after dry..

If you want it straight then get it permanently straightened or just straighten it every morning with a hair straigtener.

Well first of all I think that hair style would look HOT on you! And second it is very simple to get your hair like that. Just go to a store and buy a hsir straightener. Plug it in and there you go! Of course you will have to do it every morning for a while but your hair will eventually stay flat on its own. You can also try certain shampoos and conditioners that will help with the process.

theres a box at walmart and its with the perm stuff its says straightner on it for me it works well

i think u would look better if your just kept your hair the way it is.

but if u really want to get it then u should go to the hair salon people and ask them to get your permantaly straight hair, or u could go to the store...but a straightening iron, and straighten the ends..
