Long sideswept bangs?

I'm getting my hair cut and I'm thinking of getting long sideswept bangs. I need a hairstyle that looks good but is easy to manage, and looks good in ponytails and other styles. I have long wavy hair. I also have a wide forehead. I don't like short bangs, like anything shorter than at my mouth. Would it look OK if I got them cut to my chin or a bit longer? Also, would it look good if I got my hair cut in layers? Does anyone have any pictures of this kind of hairstyle? Thanks.

i have layers with side swept bangs and i like my hair.

its easy 2 manage and looks great up and down.

i DEF wouldnt have the bangs all the way down to my chin tho.

they wouldnt even be bangs.

Well if your getting layers and bangs you don't want to cut it too short because it'll look poofy.

I honestly think bangs like the ones in the pictures would be better than below the mouth because that isn't really bangs anymore. lol

You should try something new though! You never know, you might like it!

Long swept bangs are right for everybody. I have them right now and hair is shoulder length. So, I say go for it! And yes do layers. It adds fullness to hair and gives body.
